The process

How to apply in five steps.

Create your account

Register on the Kingsfield application portal with a valid email address and phone number.

2

Complete the form

Enter your bio-data, choose your programme, and upload your results and passport photograph.

3

Pay the application fee

Pay the non-refundable application fee online by card, transfer or Remita.

4

Sit the screening

Attend the Kingsfield admissions screening, held on campus and online.

5

Accept your offer

Successful applicants receive an offer, pay the acceptance fee, and enrol on the student portal.

Entry requirements

What you will need.

Undergraduate. Five credits at WAEC or NECO including English and Mathematics, in subjects relevant to your chosen course, and an acceptable UTME score. Direct entry applicants require a relevant A-level, ND, NCE or equivalent.

Postgraduate. A good first degree from a recognised university, with a minimum of second class lower for masters programmes, plus transcripts and referees.

International. Qualifications equivalent to the above, with proof of English proficiency where required. Our admissions office guides you through equivalency and visas.

Fees per session.

Indicative undergraduate tuition for the 2025/2026 session. Fees cover tuition and core levies; accommodation is charged separately.

Frequently asked.

Do I need a UTME score to apply?
Yes, undergraduate applicants require an acceptable UTME score and must choose Kingsfield University during JAMB registration or change of institution.
Can I pay tuition in instalments?
Yes. Students may pay in two instalments per session through the student portal, subject to a first payment before registration.
Is accommodation guaranteed?
On-campus accommodation is guaranteed for all first year students and allocated by application thereafter.
How do I check my admission status?
Log in to the student portal with the details created during application to view your admission status and offer letter.
